Positive: Lage ist sehr gut, eigene kleine Wohnung auf zwei Etagen. Oben zwei Schlafzimmer, unten Wohnzimmer und Küche mit Bad.
Alles vorhanden, Preis/Leistung gut.
Alles sehr unkompliziert und für ein junges Pärchen perfekt.
Negative: Alles sehr klein und die Wohnung ist nichts für ältere oder unbewegliche Menschen. Treppe zum OG ist extrem eng und steil, mit Koffer hoch schaffen nur schlanke Erwachsene die nicht schwach sind 😉
Im Bad keine Heizung außer einem Elektrostrahler und keine Parkplätze vor dem Haus, aber kostengünstige ums Eck.
